Terms and conditions
Payment
To confirm a booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. The balance must be paid on arrival in the accomodation. Some owners require 50% of the total price at the moment of booking, and the balance 30 days before arrival.
The balance has to be paid in cash.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing and charges will apply according to the date when the letter is received by Etruriahomes. The cancellation will be 15% of deposit if you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation less then six week before arrival will be charged full deposit.
Care of property
You are responsibile that the apartments or villas provided are left upon departure in the same condition of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival. Any breakages, loss or damage to the property must be paid direct in Euros (E) to the owners upon departure.
Our responsiblity
We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of your holiday, which you book with us, are supplied as described to a reasonable standard. We do not own or control any of the accomodations so we cannot accept any liability in respect of any injury, loss or damage, however caused to you.
Price
Our prices are per apartment or villa for one week, Saturday to saturday (unless booking on a short-break). Etruriahomes charges a bookingfee of 25 Euro for every booking.
Security deposits, final cleaning charges, heating charges and supplements for cots ect. are stated as per individual property.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that a client has any problems during their stay, the client must report it immedately to the villa owner or to Etruriahomes. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immdedately but if you remain dissatisfied, you must write us within 14 days from the end of your holiday. A failure to notify us or the owner during the holiday may mean that we will be unable to resolve the dispute after your return home.
